“His Church in Worship” by Jane Curle

Jane’s book a 28-day devotional that will bring you one step closer to God for every day you read. She’s teaching us the very essence of praise and worship. “We praise because God is worthy of all praise; we are declaring His Word and His Voice prophetically; it is our eternal job to worship the One who is on the throne; spiritual atmospheres WILL be changed; Satan HATES it and it binds and confuses his strategies".

Each day has a theme that she develops through a few Scriptures and the explanation of some key words in Hebrew and Greek. She then takes us through her thought journey on the subject and what our response should be.

Ezechiel 37:4: “Again, He said to me, Prophesy to these bones and say to them, O, dry bones, hear the word of the Lord!”

We should be a prophetic people!

The Bride of Christ needs to know clearly what God is saying to the Church in every season.

A prophetic people are NOT people who need to have a personal prophecy to find God’s destiny for them. They are worshippers who seek first the Kingdom of God and who are always on the cutting edge because their King is in the midst of them and they love to hear Him speak.”

Jane Curle is originally from Australia but has been living in South Africa for many years. She has been the worship pastor of “His Church” for the past 19 years. Her strongest gifting lies in the ability to raise up musicians and singers who live a worship lifestyle and carry a prophetic anointing and burden for their city and nation.
